Take Route 17 North, cross York River at Coleman Bridge (toll). Proceed on Route 17 North for 5 miles until stoplight at Providence Road (Abbitt Realty Office on left). Turn left on Providence Road and proceed 1.5 miles to Borden Road. Turn left on Borden Road and proceed .7 miles to cul-de-sac at end. Turn left onto Timberneck Farm Road.

From Southside

Take Interstate 64 West  to Route 17 North (J. Clyde Morris Blvd.). Turn Right onto Route 17 North. Cross York River at Coleman Bridge (toll). Proceed on Route 17 North for 5 miles until stoplight at Providence Road (Abbitt Realty Office on left). Turn left on Providence Road and proceed 1.5 miles to Borden Road. Turn left on Borden Road and proceed .7 miles to cul-de-sac at end. Turn left onto Timberneck Farm Road.

From Williamsburg

Take Route 143 East to Route 238. Turn Left at stoplight and proceed 3.3 miles. Take slight right at Goosley Road and proceed to stoplight at Route 17 North. Turn Left on Route 17 North. Cross York River at Coleman Bridge (toll). Proceed on Route 17 North for 5 miles until stoplight at Providence Road (Abbitt Realty Office on left). From Richmond

Take Interstate 64 East from Richmond to State Route 33 (Exit 220) in New Kent County. Take Route 33 to West Point. Proceed through West Point over both the Pamunkey and Mattaponi Rivers. Continue on Route 33 until Route 14 (Buena Vista Road). Turn Right on Route 14 and proceed to Route 17 South approximately 6 miles. Turn Right on Route 17 South.
